Everything KARA publishes is free to read and always has been: the 45 toolkits, the 1,912 articles, the 11,766 vetted sources in the resource directory, and the 52 state records. Nothing here is behind a login, a paywall, or an email address.

That is paid for three ways: donations, the speaking and training formats on the programs page, and grants and in-kind support from the organizations named on the partners page — among them Google Ad Grants and donated cloud infrastructure, which are the reason a catalogue this size runs on a budget this small.
