The Gift Of A Good Start (the one thing I like about the military)

I am not a fan of the military or war, and there is only one Colin Powell.  His TED talk  contradicts most of what we think we know about him.  It touches the critical issues facing at risk children in America today and is perhaps the most important TED talk I have watched.
