Be a Tester: KARA’s Interactive Child Abuse Information Hub

KARA is piloting a new AI-driven, interactive child abuse and child protection information platform, and we need your help to shape it.

This platform brings together hard-to-find data, research, stories, and practical resources for people who live with, work with, and care about at-risk children. Our goal is to give educators, child advocates, policymakers, healthcare and mental-health providers, CASAs, law enforcement, families, and community members one place to quickly find credible information and concrete next steps.

But we can’t build the right tool without you.

We’re asking readers to spend time exploring the platform during this pilot phase and to tell us what helps, what confuses, and what’s missing. Which searches feel intuitive? Which answers are most useful in your real-world work? What questions do you arrive with that the platform doesn’t yet address?

Your feedback will directly guide how we improve navigation, content, and features before a wider launch.

Please try the pilot, then share your experience and suggestions. Together, we can build a national resource that provides at-risk children and families the resources they need and educators, child advocates, families, policymakers, and others working with traumatized children a single, trusted place to quickly find clear, practical, and evidence-based guidance they can apply in real situations.
